Urban Edge Barbershop provides professional men's grooming services including precision haircuts, traditional hot towel shaves, beard trimming and styling, and premium hair styling. Our services are provided at our Toronto location by licensed professional barbers.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
All appointments must be booked through our authorized channels. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. All services are subject to applicable taxes. Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
5. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on our premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate. Personal hygiene standards must be maintained for the comfort of all clients and staff.
6. Health and Safety
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, we maintain strict sanitation protocols. Clients with infectious skin conditions or communicable diseases will be asked to reschedule their appointment. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products used during services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Urban Edge Barbershop's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
